As the region changes, so does the Pokémon League too. Like all of main series Pokémon games, trainers need to defeat the gym leaders and obtain gym badges then defeat the Elite Four and a champion to become the new champion.
Both of these two regions, Traso and Proto, have its own Pokémon League called Traso League and Proto League but both two shared the same building and Elite Four. Just like Indigo League and Johto League.
